What is the maximum number of passengers for charters limited to?
In accordance with US Coast Guard regulations for Empyreal Yacht Charter, our vessels can accommodate a maximum of 12 passengers (Not including Crew). We prioritize compliance with all regulations to guarantee the safety of our passengers and crew, while also ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
Is there an age requirement?
There are no age restrictions, However minors must be accompanied by an adult, Children under 13 must wear life vests at all times when outside the salon
What time does a charter typically begin?
Start times vary based on your preferences and availability. For a full day Charter, we generally aim for a 9am departure. For a 2-4-hour charter, you have more flexibility.

Is there a licenced capitan onaboard?
Yes, our captains are Coast Guard certified and licensed to operate commercial vessels.
What can I expect from a 3 to 6 hour charter?
The experience is tailored to your desire and preference. If you’d like to anchor for a swim, Fish or simply catch some sun raise, we can easily accommodate that.
​What should I bring, and what is provided during a charter?
We offer bottled water, ice, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, plates, cups and Utensils. You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and adult beverages. However, please do not bring illegal substances or firearms; any attempt to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
If you’d like assistance with catering, just let us know, (this will be added to your total cost)
What is included in the price Per Hour for the charter?
Rates are seasonal and subject to change, until a booking is confirmed, at which time, your price is locked in. The price includes your crew (Capitan & Deck-Hand) and upon request a steward can be provided (Additional cost may be added). This price also includes basic beverages, Fuel and your charter time or time on the boat.

Do you have a liquor licence
We don’t have a liquor license, but you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol. We can also help arrange for a third-party caterer to provide liquor if you’d like. (upon your request)
Can we extend our charter time?
Absolutely! Additional time can be added on and the cost agreed at that point.
Can I view the boat before booking?

How many passengers can I bring?
You can bring up to 12 passengers, including yourself.
Are children or pets allowed?
Children under 13 must wear life vests at all times when outside the salon. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee.

What Should I Wear on My Yacht Charter and Should I Bring a Sweater?
We would advise to wear casual, breathable clothing like swimsuits and shorts, non-slip shoes, and bring a light sweater or jacket for cooler evenings, plus sunglasses and sunscreen for UV protection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards and can provide a direct payment link for your convenience. Please be aware that full payment is required at the time of booking and before departure to secure your preferred date and time. Unfortunately, we cannot hold your desired slot until full payment is made, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
Where can we purchase same-day fishing licenses?
We invite groups seeking a fishing adventure! Please note that anyone over 17 years old must have a valid fishing license. If you don’t have one, you can find local retailers for same-day licensing. licenses https://tpwd.texas.gov/business/licenses/online_sales/find_retailer.phtml
What happens if there’s bad weather?
We will reschedule if wind speeds exceed 15 knots or in the case of heavy rain, storms, lightning or other potentially unsafe weather conditions. The captain will make the final decision based on these factors, and we will strive to notify you as soon as possible to minimize as much inconvenience as we can.
Do you offer refunds for weather-related cancellations?
We do not provide refunds for rescheduling due to inclement weather. However, we will make every effort to find a new date and time that works well for you and your guests.
How long do I have if i decide to cancel my booking?
You can cancel at any time and receive a full refund as long as you do so at least five days before your booking.
Can I reschedule my booking?
You can reschedule your booking with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Please be aware that the new date will depend on availability and may involve a rescheduling fee, unless the change is due to inclement weather or if it was arranged due to Empyreal Yacht Charter. Fees may vary based on your chosen day and time.​
What if I’m late to the boat? We understand that plans can change, and factors like traffic can cause delays.
We recommend arriving at the departure location 15-20 minutes before the scheduled departure time for a smooth boarding experience. If you do arrive late, please call your Empyreal Yacht Representative to notify them, so the crew can be made aware. A grace period of 30 minutes may be allowed in certain situations, provided we are informed. However, to maintain a smooth schedule, we may not always be able to accommodate extra time.
